Archer of Wind - Avis Robin (Storm)

This is Avis, aka Storm, who handles the Bow of Wind.  Very little is actually known about her, in fact, no one can even prove that she exists.  She is extremely powerful and can control the element of Wind to the full degree.  This might include control of something like... tornadoes... or maybe even hurricanes to a degree... hence the code name, Storm.

Also, she is not evil... but its not like she's good either.  She just kinda does her own thing...
